The fastest way to get a car, change a return date, or sort out anything that has gone sideways is to call. You will get somebody who can actually do something about it.
For paperwork — insurance documents, receipts for a claim, anything your adjuster has asked you for.

The Bay Shore LIRR station is a short ride away, and we'll tell you the closest stop when you book. Coming from Nassau or the city, allow extra time on the Southern State — arrive before 5:00 PM if you want keys the same day. Pickup and return both happen here.
Bring these
- A valid licence, any US state, held at least one year
- Your own auto policy — the declarations page, on paper or on your phone
- A debit or credit card in your own name for the $250 deposit
- Ten minutes to get verified
